Here’s something that’s sure to ruffle a few feathers: Last week, Fntastic revealed our first ever look at The Day Before with a lengthy gameplay video. While it is debatable whether the footage is impressive or not, it seems there is more to it than meets the eye.
Fntastic seems to have (knowingly or unknowingly) borrowed some “stuff” from other games like Call of Duty, Snowrunner and more. It’s not a 1:1 copy, but it’s similar enough to make you think.
A day before the comparison with other games:
Besides Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, there’s also footage similar to Ubisoft’s The Division, SnowRunner and even The Last of Us!

I see, some may be coincidental? Although the others are a bit more suspect as they are strangely familiar. Is this a case of Fntastic tribute? Maybe someone on the development team really likes this particular shot and angle?
