Motive Studio has released the Dead Space 1.000.002 day one update, and it’s a small download. Note that those who connect online will automatically download the update.

Neither Motive Studio nor EA have commented on what this patch is for, but chances are it’s for checkpoint loading-related bugs and other little things we experienced during our review.
Speaking of which, our review is live, and we’re very impressed with the game so far. We gave it a 9.5/10 and said, “Deadland 2023 is a wonderful way to start the year for horror fans, and is one indoctrination worth experiencing.”
