A disappointing update regarding the Armored Core 6 presentation during the upcoming Taipei Game Expo on February 3 reveals that it will only last 20 minutes. This comes from the new official description of the presentation, which also states that it will only talk about information “first published last year.”
Apparently the show will also be pre-recorded, which means we won’t get any clues even if we ask for them.
Update: Armored Core’s presentation description has changed. Now says 20 minutes instead of an hour.
– The program includes a 20-minute interview with producer Ogura and does not include live video or new information. 😔
– The program is pre-recorded and does not answer the audience’s questions https://t.co/O3IpIzH916 pic.twitter.com/hTJQrpyZMD

Armored Core 6 is a highly anticipated game, with the previous entry Armored Core being over 10 years old. As just recently announced during the Game Awards last December, fans have been dying to learn something about the upcoming sci-fi game, as it will also be a break from the dark fantasy games that FromSoftware has been churning out.
However, that doesn’t mean we’re in the dark when it comes to Armored Core 6. In fact, we already know quite a bit about it, such as the fact that the game won’t feature co-op during the story, and that it won’t feature gameplay like Soul.
With the news that we won’t learn anything new about Armored Core 6 at the Taipei Game Show, we’ll have to wait a little longer until we get more information. The game is due out sometime in 2023 anyway, so it’s not like we have much longer to wait until it’s released. If Alden Ring is an indicator of what FromSoft is capable of these days, Armored Core 6 may live up to the fanbase’s expectations.
